Savory or sweet, pancakes are always welcome. This pancake is made with ham!

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Filling Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chopped ham
  • 3 cups of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • Green scent to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, blend all the dough ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, brush it with a little margarine.
  3. Bring to a boil and fry portions of dough, forming pancakes, until lightly golden.
  4. Reserve.

Filling preparation method

  1. In a pan, mix the ham, cottage cheese and oregano.
  2. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Stuff the pancakes, sprinkle with seasoning and roll up like a roulade.

Mom Tips

Use creamy Catupiry® type cream cheese.
