  • 1 and ½ liters of chicken broth
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 3 chopped carrots
  • ½ small cabbage, chopped
  • 2 chopped leeks
  • 1 medium turnip, chopped
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of cream (optional)
  • Green scent to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a large pan, melt the butter.
  2. Stirring constantly, add the potatoes, carrots and turnip and sauté until golden.
  3. Add the cabbage, leeks and chicken broth.
  4. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato and cook for approximately 10 more minutes.
  6. Just before serving, if you prefer, add the cream and mix well.
  7. Serve immediately.

Mom Tips

You can replace any ingredient with another of your choice.

Serve as a first course.
