The cookie is one of our favorite cookies. Crispy and soft at the same time, they are appreciated by everyone, from the youngest to the big gourmands. Traditionally made with chocolate chips, they are available as desired: with dried fruit, grated coconut, oatmeal or even an all-chocolate version, it’s hard to resist.

But did you know that it is also possible to prepare them in a pan? On the occasion of the release of his new book My Cooking Notebook, chef Stéphanie Le Quellec shares these many easy-to-make recipe ideas to delight family and friends. Seasonal clafoutis, Tonka bean flan, all the recipes can be made in less than 30 minutes to indulge yourself without spending hours behind the stove.

With “its slightly undercooked dough… To be enjoyed straight out of the oven, of course. This is delicious!”, this pan cookie will soon be your new favorite dessert, confirms the starred chef. Want to test? Put on your apron and bake alone or with the kids!
