On the occasion of the release of his new book My Cooking Notebook, chef Stéphanie Le Quellec shares these many easy-to-make recipe ideas to delight family and friends. Seasonal clafoutis, Tonka bean flan, all the recipes can be made in less than 30 minutes to indulge yourself without spending hours behind the stove.

With “its slightly undercooked dough… To be enjoyed straight out of the oven, of course. This is delicious!”, this pan cookie will soon be your new favorite dessert, confirms the starred chef. Want to test? Put on your apron and bake alone or with the kids!
