IIsrael must take “all measures within its power to prevent and punish direct and public incitement to commit genocide”, said the ICJ, based in The Hague, Netherlands, cited by the French agency AFP.
The decision is part of the verdict of the UN’s highest court in relation to the case brought by South Africa, which accused Israel of committing genocide in the Gaza Strip.
