“DDuring joint ground and air activity in the Gaza Strip, eight important terrorist targets were attacked on Tuesday night in an area from which rockets were fired towards the city of Ashkelon,” the Israeli army announced today in a statement, stressing that they were attacks were carried out against tunnel entrances and infrastructure used by alleged Palestinian fighters.

The Wafa news agency reported the bombing of “residential houses” in the west of Khan Younis, along with “Israeli bombings and artillery attacks”, especially in its western region, and more bombings in the central area against a residential square in the neighborhood of Al -Amal.
According to data released on Tuesday by the Gaza Ministry of Health, around 29,900 people have already died in 145 days of war in Gaza, the majority of these women and children, while Israel claims to have killed around 12,000 Hamas men, a number that the Palestinian Islamist group itself estimates 6,000 deaths.
The Hamas attack in Israel, which took place on October 7, left 1,200 dead and more than 240 injured, according to Israeli authorities.
