  • Silicone ice molds

Preparation Mode

  1. Dilute the flavored gelatin in 150 ml of hot water. Reserve.
  2. In another container, dilute the unflavored gelatin in 5 tablespoons of cold water.
  3. Place the unflavored gelatin mixture in the microwave for a few seconds to dissolve.
  4. Add the two gelatin mixtures and mix well.
  5. Distribute the mixture into ice cube trays.
  6. Refrigerate until it hardens.
  7. Remove and unmold.
  8. Dip the candies in crystal sugar.

Mom Tips

Silicone ice molds make unmolding easier. You can use another container that makes it easier to unmold or cut the candies.

If you prefer, use diet gelatin.

Preferably, use fine-grained crystal sugar.

The candies do not need to be stored in the refrigerator.
