Simple, stuffed or even raw kebab is part of Brazilian cuisine and is also a remarkable presence at parties.

Ingredients

  • 125 grams of wheat for kebab
  • 250 grams of duckling meat twice
  • 100 grams of cubed mines cheese
  • 2 cups of cold water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground bay
  • ½ ground chilli
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped mint
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of silly nutmeg
  • 2 cups of oil

Preparation mode

  1. Soak the wheat in the water for 10 minutes without fully covering.
  2. Drain the wheat squeezing well with your hands to get all the water out.
  3. Pass the onion in the processor.
  4. In a bowl, place the wheat, onion, the flesh, the bay leaf, the pepper, the mint, the nutmeg and the salt.
  5. Knead well with your hands until a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Take a small portion of the dough, stuff with the cheese and close.
  7. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the kibes until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove, drain on paper towels and serve.
