Actor Angus Cloud, known from the US series “Euphoria”, died at the age of only 25. He was considered a rising talent in Hollywood. As it became known, Cloud only had to bury his father days before his own death.
Rising actor Angus Cloud has died aged just 25. The American was best known for his role as “Fezco” in the US drama series “Euphoria”. As the British “Mirror” reports, Cloud died at his family’s home in Oakland.
In a statement, his family said: “It is with a heavy heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human being today. As an artist, friend, brother and son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways in that regard.”
The statement revealed that Cloud’s father had recently passed away and the star was struggling with his death: “He attended his father’s funeral last week and has been deeply grappling with his loss. The only consolation for us is the knowledge that Angus is now reunited with his father, who was his best friend.”
No cause of death was given. The statement went on to say that Angus has been open about his mental health issues and that it is hoped his death “could be a reminder to others that they are not alone.”
Cloud has been a rising name in the Hollywood world since he made his name with Euphoria. He took on the role on the show from 2019 to 2022. The HBO series team mourned Cloud’s death on Twitter, calling him a “talented and beloved part of the Euphoria family.”
