Very tasty, the 4-cheese lasagna cannot be missing from your menu! Easy to do!
Ingredients
- 1 package of lasagna pasta that goes straight to the oven
Cheese Sauce Ingredients
- 250 grams of cream cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup crushed gorgonzola cheese
- 1 and ½ cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
White Sauce Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 cup (tea) fresh cream
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
Cheese Sauce Preparation Method
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and set aside.
White Sauce Preparation Method
- In a pan, heat the margarine and wheat flour until you obtain a paste.
- Add the milk, stirring constantly.
- Cook until thickened.
- Add the cream, cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.
- Season with nutmeg and salt.
- Mix and set aside.
Assembling the Lasagna
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a large rectangular dish, distribute a layer of white sauce.
- Arrange the sheets of dough leaving space between them.
- Alternate layers of white sauce, cheese mix and lasagna sheets.
- Finish with white sauce sprinkled with the cheese mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the aluminum foil and bake for approximately another 20 minutes.
- Once the lasagna has a golden surface, remove and serve.
