Very tasty, the 4-cheese lasagna cannot be missing from your menu! Easy to do!


  • 1 package of lasagna pasta that goes straight to the oven

Cheese Sauce Ingredients

  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup crushed gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 and ½ cups of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

White Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 cup (tea) fresh cream
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste

Cheese Sauce Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and set aside.

White Sauce Preparation Method

  1. In a pan, heat the margarine and wheat flour until you obtain a paste.
  2. Add the milk, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook until thickened.
  4. Add the cream, cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Season with nutmeg and salt.
  6. Mix and set aside.

Assembling the Lasagna

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. In a large rectangular dish, distribute a layer of white sauce.
  3. Arrange the sheets of dough leaving space between them.
  4. Alternate layers of white sauce, cheese mix and lasagna sheets.
  5. Finish with white sauce sprinkled with the cheese mixture.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for approximately another 20 minutes.
  8. Once the lasagna has a golden surface, remove and serve.

Mom Tips

In good supermarkets there are good brands of lasagna that go straight to the oven.
