To please the whole family, a quick dish with potatoes. Very good!
Ingredients
- 6 sliced potatoes
- Black pepper to taste
- Grated nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- 200 grams of diced bacon
- 1 can of whey-free cream
- 1 can of milk
- ½ cup (tea) cream cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation Mode
- Cook the potato in boiling salted water for five minutes and drain.
- In a pan, over medium heat, fry the bacon in its own fat, until golden.
- Drain on paper towel and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, beat the cream, milk, cottage cheese, mozzarella, pepper, nutmeg and salt.
- In a medium-sized ovenproof dish, make a layer of potatoes.
- Spread a layer of cream, bacon and potatoes, ending with cream.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until browned.
- Serve.
Mom Tips
Use the empty cream can to measure the milk.
To obtain a crispy surface for the gratin dish, mix a little breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese.
