  • 6 sliced ​​potatoes
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Grated nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 grams of diced bacon
  • 1 can of whey-free cream
  • 1 can of milk
  • ½ cup (tea) cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Cook the potato in boiling salted water for five minutes and drain.
  2. In a pan, over medium heat, fry the bacon in its own fat, until golden.
  3. Drain on paper towel and set aside.
  4. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  5. In a blender, beat the cream, milk, cottage cheese, mozzarella, pepper, nutmeg and salt.
  6. In a medium-sized ovenproof dish, make a layer of potatoes.
  7. Spread a layer of cream, bacon and potatoes, ending with cream.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until browned.
  10. Serve.

Mom Tips

Use the empty cream can to measure the milk.

To obtain a crispy surface for the gratin dish, mix a little breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese.
