  • 2 cups leftover cooked or roasted chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups boiled and squeezed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green chilli
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • Frying oil

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, place the chicken, potatoes, salt, sauce, chives and eggs.
  2. Lastly, add the flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Heat the oil.
  5. Using a spoon, take portions of dough and fry in hot oil.
  6. Drain on paper towel.
  7. Serve.

Mom Tips

The chicken must be measured after shredding.

The amount of wheat flour is approximate, but do not exceed two spoons.
