- 2 cups leftover cooked or roasted chicken, shredded
- 3 cups boiled and squeezed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper sauce
- 3 tablespoons chopped green chilli
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- Frying oil
- In a bowl, place the chicken, potatoes, salt, sauce, chives and eggs.
- Lastly, add the flour.
- Mix well.
- Heat the oil.
- Using a spoon, take portions of dough and fry in hot oil.
- Drain on paper towel.
The chicken must be measured after shredding.
The amount of wheat flour is approximate, but do not exceed two spoons.
