Dough Preparation Method
- In a blender, grind the cookies.
- Add the butter and mix until you get crumbs.

- Prepare the cream by mixing all the ingredients well.
- Fill the pie and refrigerate.
- In a small pan, add the sugar and water and make a thick syrup.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until firm.
- Pour the syrup little by little over the beaten egg whites, continuing to beat until thick.
- Spread the marshmallow over the pie.
- Serve chilled.
