This pie is very easy to make and is a guarantee of success!


  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Cream Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • ½ cup lemon juice

Ingredientes Marshmallow

  • 3 whites
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • ½ cup (tea) of water

Dough Preparation Method

  1. In a blender, grind the cookies.
  2. Add the butter and mix until you get crumbs.
  3. Line the bottom and sides of a round pan with a removable rim with the farofa, pressing well with your fingers.
  4. Prepare the cream by mixing all the ingredients well.
  5. Fill the pie and refrigerate.
  6. In a small pan, add the sugar and water and make a thick syrup.
  7. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until firm.
  8. Pour the syrup little by little over the beaten egg whites, continuing to beat until thick.
  9. Spread the marshmallow over the pie.
  10. Serve chilled.
