A light mousse option for you

Ingredients

  • ¼ avocado or 1 chopped avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 level tablespoon of powdered gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon of cold water
  • 100 ml soy milk or milk
  • Culinary sweetener to taste
  • 100 ml light cream
  • Mint to decorate

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, mix the avocado with the lemon juice. Reserve.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in water and dissolve for approximately 15 seconds in the microwave. Reserve.
  3. In a pan, add the milk, sweetener and gelatin.
  4. Cook over low heat until the sweetener dissolves. Do not let it boil.
  5. In a blender, place the avocado mixture, milk mixture and cream.
  6. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  7. Pour into bowls and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or until set.
  8. Remove, decorate with mint and serve.

Mom Tips

One level tablespoon of gelatin = 5 grams.
