Ingredients
- 1 large mango in pieces
- 5 eggs
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Prepare a pan with a central hole by greasing and flouring it.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a blender, blend the mango, eggs, milk and oil.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Add the flour, sugar and yeast.
- Mix well.
- Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
- Unmold and serve.
