First option


  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cans of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large mango

Preparation mode

  1. Caramelize a pudding mold.
  2. Beat the condensed milk, eggs and chopped mango in a blender.
  3. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  4. Bake in a water bath for one hour.

Second option


  • 4 mature sleeves
  • 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cream
  • 2 cups of (tea) sugar.

Preparation mode

  1. Melt the sugar over low heat until it becomes syrupy.
  2. Unite a form of pudding with the syrup.
  3. Peel and chop the mangoes.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in 1 tablespoon of hot water.
  5. Blend the mango pulp, condensed milk, cream and dissolved gelatin in a blender.
  6. Beat well, pour the mixture into the mold.
  7. Take the fridge to freeze.
