Dough Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 excited
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk (tea)
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 2 boxes of maria-mole powder
  • 2 packages of grated coconut

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Grease and flour a round pan or a 35 cm x 25 cm pan and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In electric mixer, beat the egg whites.
  4. Add the egg yolks, sugar, coconut milk, flour and yeast.
  5. Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.

Preparation Mode Coverage

  1. Reserve the grated coconut.
  2. In a pan, heat the cream and coconut milk.
  3. In a blender, blend the mixture with the other ingredients.


  1. Remove the cake from the oven.
  2. Spread the frosting all over the cake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Remove and cover the entire cake with grated coconut.
  4. Decorate to taste.
