Made to whet your appetite, antipasti stimulate your vision to whet your taste buds.


  • 1 kg of red peppers
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 clove of grated garlic
  • 2 glasses of olive oil

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean the peppers.
  2. Heat the stove grill to maximum and add the peppers.
  3. Turn a few times so they receive even heat.
  4. Remove from the oven, wrap in paper and leave for 10 minutes.
  5. Unwrap them and then remove the skins.
  6. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  7. Wash and cut into pieces.
  8. Place them on a platter, season with pepper and salt.
  9. Spread the garlic over the peppers.
  10. Drizzle thinly with olive oil.
  11. Let it macerate for 24 hours.
