Pressure cooker recipe: savings and speed. Try this tour, which is practical and nutritious!


  • 6 thin, tough thigh steaks
  • Chopped green chili to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 slices of fresh skinless pepperoni sausage
  • ½ green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into thin strips
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, seeded, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 and ½ cups of water or meat broth

Preparation Mode

  1. Season the meat with pepper and salt.
  2. Cut two sausage sections into six pieces.
  3. Crumble the rest of the sausage. Reserve.
  4. Stuff each steak with green chilli, oregano, a piece of sausage, carrot and pepper.
  5. Roll up the meat and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
  6. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and lightly brown the rolls.
  7. Add the tomatoes, crumbled sausage and water.
  8. Cover the pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
  9. After the pan hisses (pressure starts), lower the flame and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  10. Turn off the flame and let the pressure in the cooker come to an end naturally.
  11. When the pan is no longer under pressure, remove the rolls and sprinkle with green chilli.

Mom Tips

Serve the rolls with white rice accompanied by vegetable salad, French fries or mashed potatoes.
