Ingredients
- 1 clara
- ¾ cup (tea) sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of boiling water
Preparation Mode
- Grease a baking tray. Reserve.
- In the mixer, add the egg white and cover with sugar.
- Add the vinegar and then the water.
- Beat until it is very firm and does not fall off the mixer blades.
- Place the mixture in a pastry bag.
- Make meringues in the pan.
- Bake slowly at 100ºC, until they are dry and crispy.
- Turn off the oven and let the meringues cool in the oven.
- Remove and store in a well-closed container.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, combine the meringues with whipped cream.
