  • 1 clara
  • ¾ cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of boiling water

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking tray. Reserve.
  2. In the mixer, add the egg white and cover with sugar.
  3. Add the vinegar and then the water.
  4. Beat until it is very firm and does not fall off the mixer blades.
  5. Place the mixture in a pastry bag.
  6. Make meringues in the pan.
  7. Bake slowly at 100ºC, until they are dry and crispy.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the meringues cool in the oven.
  9. Remove and store in a well-closed container.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, combine the meringues with whipped cream.
