For afternoon snacks and breakfast, milk rolls for you to enjoy with butter or jam of your choice.

  • 250 ml of warm milk
  • 40 ml of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • ½ envelope of dry yeast
  • Wheat flour

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a large baking dish. Reserve.
  2. Do not preheat the oven.
  3. In a blender or mixer, beat the first seven ingredients.
  4. Remove, place in a bowl and gradually add flour.
  5. When the dough comes away from your hands; do not add more flour.
  6. Remove portions of the dough and make balls.
  7. Place them on the baking tray leaving space between them.
  8. Cover with a damp cloth and let them rise until they double in volume.
  9. Place in the oven at 180ºC to bake for approximately 35 minutes.
  10. Remove, let it cool and remove the buns from the pan.

Mom Tips

The precise amount of biological yeast is 5 grams.

If you prefer, before baking, brush the buns with egg yolk dissolved in milk or a mixture of water and sugar.
