Ingredients

  • 100 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation Mode

  1. Heat 100 grams of semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate and margarine in a bain-marie.
  2. Leave it on the fire just until it melts. Reserve.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
  5. Add the remaining chocolate and nuts.
  6. Place in 20 individual molds and bake in a medium oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve cold.

Mom Tips

You can decorate the mini brownies with caramel or dulce de leche and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
