Ingredients
- 100 grams of chopped milk chocolate
- 100 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) wheat flour
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup (tea) sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation Mode
- Heat 100 grams of semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate and margarine in a bain-marie.
- Leave it on the fire just until it melts. Reserve.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Add the remaining chocolate and nuts.
- Place in 20 individual molds and bake in a medium oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve cold.
Mom Tips
You can decorate the mini brownies with caramel or dulce de leche and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
