Delicious stuffed mini dreams in three flavors to please everyone in the family, at a party or even to resell.

  • 4 and 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablets of fresh yeast (30 grams)
  • 1 cup of water (tea)
  • Frying oil
  • 2 cups dulce de leche (creamy milk)
  • 2 cups of creamy brigadeiro (tea)
  • icing sugar

Pastry Cream Filling Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 excited

How to Prepare Confectioner’s Cream Filling

  1. In a saucepan, bring all ingredients to medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  2. Let cool.

Pasta Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, margarine, eggs, and yeast with your hands.
  2. Add the water little by little, kneading until it forms an elastic and soft dough. If necessary, add more water.
  3. Divide the dough into 45 balls, cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Fry the balls in hot oil, little by little, in immersion, until golden.
  5. Drain on paper towels and let cool.


  1. Cut the balls in half.
  2. Divide the balls into three parts.
  3. Fill a part of the balls with the pastry cream.
  4. Stuff another part of the balls with the dulce de leche.
  5. Stuff the remainder with the brigadier.
  6. Sprinkle with icing sugar and place in paper cups.

Mother’s Tips

The amount of water in the dough is approximate, so add it little by little.

Yield of 45 mini stuffed dreams.
