“F“An attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack using aerial ‘drones’ against locations on Russian territory was thwarted,” the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
“Nine Ukrainian drones were destroyed or intercepted” over Kaluga, 160 kilometers from the Russian capital, and the Moscow region, according to the same source.
Kyiv did not comment on the accusation of the alleged attack against Moscow, referring to the launches of unmanned aerial devices launched by Russia against Ukraine.
A Ukrainian military report said today that Kyiv intercepted 41 of the 42 explosive ‘drones’ launched by Russia during the night.
According to the same source, the Russian Army also fired S-300 missiles towards the southern regions of Kherson and Mykolaiv.
Kyiv did not detail the consequences of these attacks.
