- 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk or Ninho® milk
- 1 spoon (coffee) of glucose syrup
Preparation mode
- In a pan, put condensed milk, butter, syrup and powdered milk.
- Mix well and lead to low fire, always stirring until you disgrace from the pan.
- Remove from the heat, transfer to a plate, cover with plastic wrap leaning against the candy and let it cool.
Ingredients Strawberry Brigadeiro (Bicho-de-pé)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
- 4 spoons (soup) of powder for preparing milk in strawberry flavor (Nesquik®)
- 1 spoon (coffee) of glucose syrup
Preparation mode
- In a pan, put the condensed milk, butter, syrup and powder for making strawberry-flavored milk.
- Mix well and lead to low fire, always stirring, until you disgrace from the pan.
- Remove from the heat, transfer to a plate, cover with plastic wrap leaning against the candy and let it cool.
Chocolate Brigadeiro Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 spoon (coffee) of glucose syrup
Preparation mode
- In a pan, put condensed milk, butter, syrup and chocolate powder.
- Mix well and lead to low fire, always stirring, until you disgrace from the pan.
- Remove from the heat, transfer to a plate, cover with plastic wrap leaning against the candy and let it cool.
Assembly of the Neapolitan Brigadier
- With hands wet in cold water, shape small balls, one of each flavor and join to form a single brigadeiro.
- Pass through refined sugar or crystal and put it in molds.
