This paçoca is special because it is very easy to make; Just mix the ingredients and you’re done.
A typical and delicious sweet for you to make on any occasion.


  • 4 cups roasted peanuts (peeled and ground)
  • 2 cups cassava flour (tea)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • split margarine spread

Preparation mode

  1. Grease a 30 cm x 22 cm mold with margarine. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, mix well the skinless and ground roasted peanuts, cassava flour, sugar, margarine and condensed milk.
  3. Put the mixture in the mold, flatten and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Place a weight on top to press the dough.
  5. Let rest for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the weight and aluminum foil.
  7. Cut in squares and serve.

Mother’s Tips

If you prefer, you can cut the paçocas with cookie cutters in different shapes.
