  • 2 cups of potatoes (in small cubes)
  • 1 cup of carrots (in small cubes)
  • 1 cup chopped green beans
  • 1 can of diced canned hearts of palm
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup white raisins
  • 150 grams of diced bacon
  • Green scent to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pomegranate seeds

Preparation Mode

  1. Provide a mold with a hole in the middle by greasing it with oil. Reserve.
  2. Cook the potatoes, carrots and green beans in steam or boiling salted water for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Remove and let cool.
  4. Add the hearts of palm, mayonnaise, raisins, green chillies, pepper and salt.
  5. Mix, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. In a pan, over medium heat, fry the bacon in its own fat, stirring until golden.
  7. Drain on paper towel.
  8. Mix in mayonnaise.
  9. Place in the mold, pressing lightly and refrigerate.
  10. Turn out onto a platter and decorate with pomegranate seeds.
