A delicious truffle cake cannot be missing from your favorite recipes.

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Black Filling Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 box of cream

White Filling Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chopped white chocolate
  • 1 box of cream

Ingredient Coverage

  • 1 box of cold whipping cream
  • Dark chocolate shavings
  • Cherries in syrup

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare a heart-shaped pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the eggs until they double in volume.
  4. Add the sugar, chocolate, milk, margarine, flour and beat for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the yeast and mix well with the help of a wooden spoon.
  6. Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Let cool, unmold and cut into 3 parts.

Fillings Preparation Method

  1. For the white filling, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the cream and mix well. Reserve.
  2. Repeat the process to make the black filling.

Preparation Mode Coverage

Using a mixer, beat the whipped cream until it is very firm.


  1. Place part of the cake on a plate.
  2. Cover with the black filling.
  3. Place another part of the cake on top.
  4. Cover with the white filling.
  5. Place the last part of the cake.
  6. Cover the entire cake with whipped cream.
  7. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
  8. Garnish with cherries.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Serve.

Mom Tips

Use good quality chocolate and do not use fractionated chocolate.

Do not substitute powdered chocolate for chocolate milk.
