Passion fruit mousse with strawberry, or strawberry mousse with passion fruit, this dessert is irresistible and delicious!


  • 3 cups of condensed milk
  • 3 cups (tea) of cream
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 cup (tea) concentrated strawberry juice
  • 1 cup (tea) concentrated passion fruit juice
  • Strawberries to decorate
  • Passion fruit pulp to decorate

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream and milk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Divide the mixture into two parts.
  3. Hydrate an envelope of gelatin in half the water.
  4. Dissolve in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
  5. Mix with half the cream, the dissolved gelatin, the strawberry juice and blend in a blender for one minute.
  6. Pour into individual moistened bowls and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  7. Repeat the same procedure with the remaining gelatin and passion fruit juice.
  8. Distribute the mousse over the glasses and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  9. Decorate with strawberries and passion fruit pulp.
  10. Serve.

Mom Tips

Note in the photo that the creams were interspersed so that some bowls are decorated with passion fruit pulp and others with strawberries.

If you prefer, when serving, drizzle the mousse with a little condensed milk.
