Ingredients
- 1 can of drained peaches in syrup
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 400 grams of natural yogurt
- 2 envelopes of colorless, flavorless powdered gelatin
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 3 egg whites
Preparation Mode
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
- In a blender, blend the peaches with the condensed milk and dissolved gelatin.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the yogurt, lemon juice and egg whites.
- Mix gently.
- Pour into individual bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- When serving, decorate with peach slices and mint leaves.
