Delicious! Excellent cold dessert option to surprise the family.


  • 1 can of drained peaches in syrup
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 400 grams of natural yogurt
  • 2 envelopes of colorless, flavorless powdered gelatin
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 3 egg whites

Preparation Mode

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
  2. In a blender, blend the peaches with the condensed milk and dissolved gelatin.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, add the yogurt, lemon juice and egg whites.
  4. Mix gently.
  5. Pour into individual bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. When serving, decorate with peach slices and mint leaves.
