Ingredients
- White fish fillets
- 150 grams of roasted peanuts
- Calabrian pepper
- Chopped parsley
- 1 ovo
- Fish sauce
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 lemon
Preparation Mode
- Mix the peanuts, salt and pepper and turn the peanuts into crumbs (in a mortar or in a food processor), add the parsley.
- Lightly beat the egg and add 1 or 2 spoons of fish sauce.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper, dip in the egg and then coat in the peanut flour, pressing to fix it on the fish.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan well, add a drizzle of olive oil and grill the fish on both sides, turning carefully so as not to lose the peanut shell.
- Remove from the heat and squeeze the lemon over the top.
