Ingredients

  • White fish fillets
  • 150 grams of roasted peanuts
  • Calabrian pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 ovo
  • Fish sauce
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 lemon

Preparation Mode

  1. Mix the peanuts, salt and pepper and turn the peanuts into crumbs (in a mortar or in a food processor), add the parsley.
  2. Lightly beat the egg and add 1 or 2 spoons of fish sauce.
  3. Season the fish with salt and pepper, dip in the egg and then coat in the peanut flour, pressing to fix it on the fish.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan well, add a drizzle of olive oil and grill the fish on both sides, turning carefully so as not to lose the peanut shell.
  5. Remove from the heat and squeeze the lemon over the top.
