How delicious this light and cold dessert is. Try this pie!
Ingredients
- 1 can of cream
- 1 can of pears in broth
- 400 grams of frozen puff pastry
- ½ cup (tea) sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (cornstarch)
- 3 beaten eggs
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Grease a round, collapsible pan measuring 24 cm in diameter. Reserve.
- On a smooth, floured surface, roll out the puff pastry.
- Line the bottom and edges of the pan with it.
- Pierce the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
- Retire.
- Lower the oven temperature to 150ºC (mild).
- In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs, cream, sugar and cornstarch. Reserve.
- Drain the syrup from the pears and place them at the bottom of the pie.
- Pour the beaten egg mixture over the top.
- Bake in the oven until it starts to brown, for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove and unmold once cold.
- Place in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.
