How delicious this light and cold dessert is. Try this pie!


  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can of pears in broth
  • 400 grams of frozen puff pastry
  • ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 3 beaten eggs

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Grease a round, collapsible pan measuring 24 cm in diameter. Reserve.
  3. On a smooth, floured surface, roll out the puff pastry.
  4. Line the bottom and edges of the pan with it.
  5. Pierce the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Retire.
  7. Lower the oven temperature to 150ºC (mild).
  8. In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs, cream, sugar and cornstarch. Reserve.
  9. Drain the syrup from the pears and place them at the bottom of the pie.
  10. Pour the beaten egg mixture over the top.
  11. Bake in the oven until it starts to brown, for approximately 20 minutes.
  12. Remove and unmold once cold.
  13. Place in the refrigerator.
  14. Serve chilled.
