  • 1 package of penne pasta
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 6 sliced ​​garlic cloves
  • ½ cup chopped black olives
  • 1 cup chopped bacon
  • 6 seedless tomatoes in strips
  • Calabrian pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Preparation Mode

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain, place in a refractory and set aside.
  3. In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil, add the garlic and bacon and let it brown.
  4. Add the olives and tomatoes.
  5. Let it break down, lower the heat and season with pepper and salt.
  6. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Place in the heated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
  8. Serve.

To peel garlic more easily, soak it in fresh water for 10 minutes. Just rub with your hands and the peel will come off easily.
