A tasty lasagna suggestion that will make your menu more irresistible. Try it!
Ingredients
- 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cups of ground pepperoni sausage
- 8 large tomatoes blended in a blender
- 2 cups (tea) tomato sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 and ½ cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion until golden.
- Add the sausage and fry.
- Add the blended tomato, tomato sauce and mix.
- Check and adjust the salt. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- In a small greased rectangular dish, alternate layers of pasta and sauce, finishing with sauce.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Mom Tips
You can sandwich Catupiry® type cream cheese between layers.
To prevent the lasagna dough from sticking, you can grease the bottom and sides of the dish with the recipe’s own sauce.
