A tasty lasagna suggestion that will make your menu more irresistible. Try it!


  • 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 cups of ground pepperoni sausage
  • 8 large tomatoes blended in a blender
  • 2 cups (tea) tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 and ½ cups of grated mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion until golden.
  2. Add the sausage and fry.
  3. Add the blended tomato, tomato sauce and mix.
  4. Check and adjust the salt. Reserve.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  6. In a small greased rectangular dish, alternate layers of pasta and sauce, finishing with sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately.

Mom Tips

You can sandwich Catupiry® type cream cheese between layers.

To prevent the lasagna dough from sticking, you can grease the bottom and sides of the dish with the recipe’s own sauce.
