Ingredients (1st option)

  • 1 can of cream without whey
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of pineapple in syrup
  • 2 boxes of pineapple jelly

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare the gelatin by reducing the water a little so that it becomes firmer.
  2. Wait for it to cool before starting to make the dessert.
  3. Remove the pineapple from the can (without the syrup) and place it in an ovenproof dish.
  4. Chop the pineapple into small pieces and distribute over the dish.
  5. In a blender, beat the cream and condensed milk.
  6. Gently place the mixture in the refractory over the chopped pineapple.
  7. Spread the prepared and cold gelatin over everything.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours.

Ingredients (2nd option)

  • 2 peeled pineapples, cut into slices
  • 4 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 3 star anise (seed type)
  • Cream flavored ice cream

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, add the sugar and heat, stirring constantly, until you get a caramel.
  2. Add the pineapple, add the anise and let it boil for approximately 15 minutes or until soft.
  3. Retire do fogo e reserve.
  4. On a plate, place a slice of pineapple and a scoop of ice cream.
  5. Drizzle with syrup and serve.

Mom Tips

The cream flavored ice cream can be replaced with ice cream flavor of your choice.
