  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white wine
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation mode

  1. Cut the ribs into pieces.
  2. Mix the mustard, wine, pepper, salt and honey.
