It will be impossible to resist this potato recipe that can be served alone or accompanied!


  • 6 large potatoes cooked al dente
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ cup (tea) olive oil
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • Chopped black olives to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

  • Potato pulp
  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ovo

Preparation Mode

  1. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
  2. Make a cavity by removing the pulp. Reserve the pulp.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  4. In a pan, add the oil and sauté the meat.
  5. Keep stirring from time to time until it is cooked.
  6. Add the onion, garlic, olives, pepper, salt and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  7. Retire do fogo e reserve.
  8. Stuff the potatoes (boats) with the braised meat. Reserve.
  9. In a bowl, place the potato pulp, cheese, egg and mix well.
  10. Cover the boats and place them on a baking sheet.
  11. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, sprinkle the boats with Parmesan cheese before putting them in the oven and decorate with fried bacon.
