These potato dumplings will make your meal tastier and more nutritious. Try it!


  • 3 peeled potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Frying oil

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, grate the potatoes, add the egg, salt and flour.
  2. Mix well.
  3. If necessary, you can add a little more wheat flour.
  4. Using portions of the mixture, fry in hot oil.
  5. Using a spatula, flatten them slightly so that they take on the shape of discs.
  6. Fry on both sides until golden.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towel.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, to enhance the flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on the already fried dumplings.

You can add other condiments of your choice to the dough.
