An obligatory presence on the dessert menu is a cold pudding. It’s always welcome and delicious!


  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 5 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 3 cups of milk (tea)
  • 4 eggs

Syrup Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • ½ cup (tea) of water

Syrup Preparation Method

  1. Heat the syrup ingredients over medium heat, without stirring, until a golden syrup forms.
  2. Pour into a mold of your choice or with a hole in the middle measuring 24 cm in diameter and set aside.

Pudding Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. In a blender, blend all the pudding ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour into the pan and bake in the oven, in a bain-marie, for approximately 50 minutes or until firm.
  4. Remove and let cool.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Unmold, decorate as desired and serve.

Mom Tips

For a larger pudding, double the recipe.
