  • 1 kg boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 grated onion, sliced ​​or diced
  • 2 cups diced ripe pumpkin
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • Green chives or chives to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup cream cheese (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. Dissolve the chicken broth in the water and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan with oil over high heat and gradually brown the chicken.
  3. Add the onion and sauté for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add the pumpkin and dissolved chicken broth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover the pan, cook for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  7. When the pumpkin is soft and the broth has reduced; will be ready.
  8. Add the cream cheese by spoonfuls and sprinkle with the green scent.
  9. Cover for 2 minutes and then serve.

Mom Tips

Use neck pumpkin. If you prefer, increase the amount of pumpkin.

Chicken breast can be replaced with thigh and drumstick.
