Dough Ingredients

  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) cooked and squeezed pumpkin
  • 1 liter of hot water
  • 5 and ½ cups (tea) wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 3 excited
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Frying oil

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 cups chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped parsley (chopped)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In the blender, beat all the ingredients of the dough, except the flour and the yolks, until it is homogeneous.
  2. Transfer to a pan and lead to fire, when it boils, add the flour at once and stir non stop until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Remove from heat, add egg yolks, stir well and let cool.

Method of preparation Stuffing

  1. Melt the margarine and sauté the onion until transparent.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the green smell, remove from the heat and season with pepper and salt.


  1. Open small portions of dough with your hands, put the stuffing and close well, modeling the coxinha.
  2. Dip in egg whites and then in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry slowly in hot oil until golden.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.

Chicken is a white meat and does not have much fat, it is very healthy and tasty.
