  • 1 rabbit weighing 1 kg and 200 grams
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green chilli
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

Preparation Mode

  1. Cut the rabbit into 6 pieces.
  2. In a large frying pan, over high heat, heat the oil.
  3. Brown the rabbit pieces, turning them on all sides.
  4. When it is golden brown, season with salt, pepper, bay leaf and thyme.
  5. Reduce the heat.
  6. Let the rabbit cook in its own broth.
  7. Do not cover the frying pan.
  8. Always stick to meat.
  9. When it is almost cooked, add the lemon juice and garlic.
  10. Complete cooking.
  11. Add the green scent and serve next.
