Ghost Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
  • 100 grams of ground Brazil nuts
  • 1 teaspoon of brandy
  • 400 grams of white chocolate for dipping

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over low heat, stirring constantly, bring the first four ingredients to a boil.
  2. Stir constantly, until it comes off the bottom of the pan.
  3. Transfer to a refractory and let it cool.
  4. With slightly moistened hands, remove portions of the candy, form into balls and set aside.
  5. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
  6. Using a fork, dip the candies in chocolate and place on a sheet of baking paper.
  7. Once dry, transfer the chocolates to paper molds.
  8. Remove a small portion of the fondant and dye it with gel coloring. Reserve.
  9. Open a certain amount of fondant and cut squares that surround the candy.
  10. With the black paste open, cut out the eyes and mouth and glue them with a brush of CMC, dulce de leche or royal icing.
